Booking
Calibri Cleaning response: Once we receive your request, a team member will give you a call to discuss your quote, expectations, and any specific details.
Evaluation visit
Before the service, one of our supervisors will visit your home for a pre-assessment. This visit helps us understand your specific needs and determine the type of cleaning that best suits your space.
Schedule and coordinate
We will schedule the cleaning based on both our team’s availability and the client’s. We also coordinate in advance which cleaning products will be used, according to the client’s specific needs.
Cleaning day
Calibri Cleaning team: Our team will carry out the cleaning according to the agreed plan and schedule.
For the client: Please prepare the space by moving furniture, toys, or personal items to help avoid delays during the cleaning.
Enjoy
Client Step: Take a moment to inspect the cleaning and share your thoughts right away. Calibri Cleaning Step: If anything needs a final touch, we’ll take care of it before we leave. And if you notice something after we’re gone, let us know within 24 hours we’ll return to fix it at no extra charge!
